TSL allows on-line merchants to save time and money by offering them the opportunity to outsource their customer service area.

TSL can conduct all customer service matters on our clients behalf. The level of service is determined by client and can include, but is not limited to, such things as membership enquiries, lost passwords, billing matters, issuing refunds, affiliate enquiries etc.
